Exclusive Scottish Wagyu Menu At The Caxton Grill

In his on-going quest to bring exquisite new ingredients to the Caxton Grill table, Head Chef and MasterChef finalist Adam Handling has sourced the first pedigree Perthshire raised 'Highland Wagyu' ever to be available in London. On the menu throughout March, Adam will be serving a fantastic variety of Wagyu beef dishes - giving diners a rare chance to experience this exclusive culinary delight.

The Wagyu has been bred and raised by family run business ‘Highland Wagyu’ (http://wagyu.co.uk) - a pedigree beef company with a mission to produce the best beef in the world, from their 25,000 – acre estate farm in Perthshire, Scotland – Adam Handling’s home town. With every mouthful carefully prepared and packed with flavour, the menu not only includes a range of premium cuts, but some of the beef has been hand-minced to make astonishingly tender Wagyu burgers. All dishes are cooked on the Caxton Grill’s signature Josper grill including: 300g of Sirloin, Rib-eye and Fillet – all served with truffle chips; Waterfall beef made with Wagyu rump and full of Japanese flavours and the Wagyu beef burger with garlic and parsley fries.  www.caxtongrill.co.uk

There is limited supply of each cut; therefore once sold it will no longer be available. Prices: Sirloin 300g £45, Rib-eye 300g £45, Fillet 300g £65; Waterfall beef £45; Wagyu beef burger £25 (£30 with bottle of Asahi beer). Menu available now until sold-out. To book, please visit www.caxtongrill.co.uk or call 0800 652 1498. The Caxton Grill is open Mon-Fri 12:00pm - 2:30pm Mon-Sun 5:30pm – 10:30pm.
